Zoe N. Swaine, Ph.D. trained as a Clinical and Health Psychologist, gaining her Ph.D. in 2010. She has over 10 years of clinical expertise in the treatment of mental health problems. Much of her research has focussed on health services research and the evaluation of health care services, both nationally and internationally. At Keele University, her work focusses on ways to improve clinical decision making and on evaluating programs associated with Medicines Optimisation.
