个人简介

郭鹏飞,男,山西大同人,1988年04月生,博士,香江学者。主要从事纳米光子学器件,半导体功能器件构建与性能调控等方面的研究,在半导体微纳结构能带调制、纳米光子学、瞬态光学等方面积累了丰富的研究基础并取得了一系列重要研究成果。2015年入选国家香江学者计划(全国55人);2019年入选中国化学会(IYPT2019)青年化学家(全国118人);近年来发表学术论文60余篇,以第一/通讯作者的代表性成果分别发表在Adv. Mater., ACS Nano, Adv. Funct. Mater., Nano Lett., J. Am. Chem. Soc., Nano Energy, Nano Research, ACS AMI, 等材料物理领域标志性期刊。发表在Adv.
