教育经历 博 士 2010年10月毕业于东南大学生物电子学国家重点实验室生物医学工程专业,主要从事天然高分子药物载体以及组织工程生物材料的研究,导师:何农跃; 硕 士 2006年7月毕业于暨南大学生命科学技术学院生物医学工程专业,主要从事天然高分子药物载体的研究和生物材料的研究, 导师:周长忍; 本 科 2003年7月毕业于暨南大学化学系应用化学专业,主要从事天然高分子材料成分的纯化和生物药物载体的合成研究。 工作经历 2008.09-2010.04 访问学者 美国密西根大学(安娜堡市)-- 化学系 2012.02-2012.05 博士后 美国密西根大学(安娜堡市)-- 化学系 2011.03-2016.04 讲师 东南大学 -- 生命科学与医学工程学院 2016.04-今 副教授 东南大学 -- 生命科学与医学工程学院 2017.12-2019.01 访问学者 美国 AKRON 大学 -- 化学与分子生物学工程 学术成果 一直从事功能材料的研发和光学表界面技术的开拓。求学期间曾在美国密西根大学学习多年,进行非线性光学技术在生物和材料表界面的研究发展。多年致力于功能性高分子材料的设计、开发及其在美容、医疗及生物医药等行业内的应用研究,具有丰富的经验和雄厚的基础。目前已主持和参与包括国家重点研发计划在内的20余个国家级科研项目和省部级项目,并且长期与多家知名企合作横向项目。拥有授权国家发明专利近20项,并在国际高水平材料学杂志如Advanced materials, Nature Communications等上发表高水平论文逾100篇,当前H指数为33,论文他引数量逾3000次。目前是美国化学会会员,中国生物材料学会会员。CCL青年编委,美国神经学会会员,中国生物材料学会会员,中国化学会会员, 广东省整形美容协会理事。2008年获"恩德斯"医学科学技术一等奖;2010年获法国"Nanoscale青年科学家"铜奖(中国仅1人);2013年获南京市科技进步三等奖;2014获欧莱雅"中国青年女科学家称号"。2016年获国家教育部科学技术进步二等奖。2017年入选成为“南京市科技领军创业人才”。 一直从事功能材料的研发具有近20年相关经验。曾在美国密西根大学学习多年,并以高级访问学者的身份在美国阿克伦大学高分子系交流访问。多年致力于功能性高分子材料的设计、开发及其在电子,芯片设计,航天及生物医药等行业内的应用研究,具有丰富的经验和雄厚的基础。目前已主持和参与包括国家重点研发计划在内的20余个国家级科研项目和省部级项目,并且长期与多家知名企合作横向项目。拥有授权国家发明专利近20项,并在国际高水平材料学杂志如Advanced materials, Nature Communications等上发表高水平论文逾100篇,当前H指数为33,论文他引数量逾3000次。其中 8 篇论文被引超 100 次,论文被逾 70 个高 IF 期刊引用, 论文数全国排名前 1%, 化学领域论文被引数江苏省排名前 1%, 论文被引数全球排名前 1%, 目前是美国化学会会员,中国生物材料学会会员。CCL青年编委,美国神经学会会员,中国生物材料学会会员,中国化学会会员, 广东省整形美容协会理事。2008年获"恩德斯"医学科学技术一等奖;2010年获法国"Nanoscale青年科学家"铜奖(中国仅1人);2013年获南京市科技进步三等奖;2014获欧莱雅"中国青年女科学家称号"。2016年获国家教育部科学技术进步二等奖。2017年入选成为“南京市科技领军创业人才”。

研究领域

a)以非线性光学技术考察纳米药物载体与细胞膜蛋白结构互做及生物大分子构象变化对生物效应的影响。 b)针对亲/疏水药物的纳米载体材料及在体外的分子生物学研究和在小动物体内的药代动力学研究。 c)高分子及磷脂囊泡类蛋白或基因载体在神经胶质瘤细胞膜,细胞核膜间的转运及阻断机制的研究及临床应用。 d)针对肝癌等重大疾病,研究抗癌药物的靶向性修饰、基因分型及肿瘤抑制基因PTEN的表达,开发细胞微载体材料在肝细胞及肿瘤干细胞方面的应用 e)载药、熵转化多功能材料在细胞、活体影像中的应用。
