I joined the School of Pharmacy – formerly known as Dept. of Medicines Management in 1998 from a background in hospital pharmacy. Initially I supported the Medicines Evaluation Unit and was involved in writing reviews and guidance for the Midlands Therapeutic Review and Advisory Committee (MTRAC), in addition to providing educational support to the postgraduate community and clinical pharmacy courses. In 2000, I moved into my current role as the Course Manager for the Clinical Pharmacy Programmes. Until recently, I was also organising the regional training and recruitment programme for pharmacy pre-registration trainees. I am also involved in providing a staff development programme for external staff who support the School's Postgraduate Programmes and Pre-registration Tutors.
