研究领域

神经元迁移的分子细胞机制、自闭症等神经发育相关疾病的分子机理及实验治疗。主要运用小鼠遗传学、生物信息学、组织学、行为学、生物化学与细胞生物学等研究手段,研究: (1)神经元迁移及其导向的基本原理 (2)自闭症风险基因如何影响脑发育 (3)自闭症风险基因的汇聚通路及干预靶点 (4)在动物模型上建立自闭症等发育相关神经系统疾病的实验治疗方案
