个人简介

2006年7月毕业于中国科学院上海技术物理研究,获微电子学与固体电子学博士学位,2007年5月起在华东师范大学物理学博士后流动站从事博士后研究工作,2009年5月进入华东师范大学信息科学技术学院电子工程系工作。曾主持完成国家自然科学基金及上海市自然科学基金等项目,参与国家和上海市重点及重大科研项目,作为参与者两次荣获上海市自然科学奖二等奖;参与《Ferroelectrics》等学术专著的撰写;以第一作者或通讯作者发表SCI论文五十余篇;申请多项国家发明专利并获授权。 科研获奖 2015年 上海市自然科学二等奖“铁电氧化物体系的电子跃迁、相变规律及光谱学探测”(排名第二) 教学获奖 2018年 华东师范大学“学生心目中最优秀教师”奖 2018年 华东师范大学本科教学年度贡献奖 2018年 “能达”奖 2017年 “申万宏源”奖 2017年 华东师范大学首届本科教学课程设计比赛 优胜奖 2016年 第二届上海高校青年教师教学竞赛 优秀奖 2016年 华东师范大学第十一届青年教师教学比赛 二等奖 2016年 华东师范大学信息科学技术学院“优秀科创指导教师” 2012年 华东师范大学第六届优秀本科生导师奖
