个人简介

研究领域

运用分子束外延在原子尺度上构筑超薄膜及超薄膜异质结 以上物质态或组合物质态的性质及其中的量子效应的真空原位研究 研究手段主要是分子束外延生长以及真空原位的扫描隧道显微镜和输运 目前的研究体系主要集中在拓扑、非常规超导物质高质量超薄薄膜的制备及性质研究
