个人简介
范洋洋,华东师范大学公共管理学院讲师,晨晖学者。获管理学博士学位。研究方向聚焦行为公共管理中的政民互动情境,重点关注公共部门人员心理与行为、基层情感治理与社区认同等议题。论文发表于International Public Management Journal、Chinese Management Studies、Psychology Research and Behavior Management、Entrepreneurship & Regional Development等期刊。主持上海哲学社会科学规划青年课题,参与多项国家自然科学基金、国家社会科学基金项目,并担任多本SSCI期刊审稿人。
