2004.07 – 2007.07 广东省钢铁研究所,工程师
2007.08 – 至今 昆明理工大学,材料科学与工程学院,教师;2010年破格晋升副教授,2013年破格晋升教授,2014年聘为博士生导师;2015年遴选为云南省中青年科学技术带头人后备人才
