个人简介
王维胜,复旦大学脑科学转化研究院研究员,博士导师。2011年毕业于中国科学院上海药物研究所获博士学位,2011-2013年在中科院上海药物所担任助理研究员,2013-2021年在美国加州大学担任博士后研究员,项目科学家。2021年8月入职复旦大学脑科学转化研究院。获NARSAD青年科学家奖。主持国家自然科学基金青年项目,面上项目和美国脑与行为科学研究基金会项目,参与科技创新2030——“脑科学与类脑研究重大项目”。主要研究负性情绪及其障碍的神经环路及可塑性机制,重点关注恐慌发作、情景记忆损伤;旨在阐明神经精神疾病的病理机制,探索治疗方法。以第一作者在Neuron,Molecular Psychiatry,eLife,Journal of Neuroscience,Neuropsychopharmacology,Cerebral Cortex等学术期刊发表论文11篇。
研究领域
课题组主要利用光/化学遗传学、病毒示踪、电生理和钙离子成像(光纤记录或在体微型显微镜)等技术结合动物行为学方法,研究负性情绪(焦虑、恐慌)行为的神经环路机制,以及与认知功能密切相关情景记忆学习的环路及可塑性机制。课题组在研项目:
1.利用Cre转基因小鼠,阐明脑内抑制恐慌行为的特定神经细胞及神经环路
2.研究自闭症Fmr1基因敲除小鼠情景记忆损伤的神经环路及可塑性机制
