个人简介

吕海东，1994年毕业于四川大学物理系，1997年在中科院生物物理所获得生物物理硕士学位，2002年在美国路易斯维尔大学获得实验心理学博士，2002-2008在美国耶鲁大学和范德堡大学进行博士后研究，2008-2013在中科院神经所任研究员，2013-2023年在北京师范大学认知神经科学与学习国家重点实验室任教授。2023年入职复旦大学脑科学转化研究院。他通过光学成像、电生理等技术手段，研究大脑皮层的功能结构和信息处理机制，原创性工作发表在Neuron、PNAS、eLife、Cell Reports等学术期刊，获得自然科学基金委的重点项目和国家杰出青年基金的资助。

研究领域

实验室通过内源信号光学成像、双光子钙信号成像、电生理、形态学、行为学、人工神经网络模型等技术手段，研究大脑皮层的功能结构和感知觉信息的处理机制。近期主要研究方向包括： 1.正常和疾病情况下的皮层功能结构 2.大脑皮层自发活动与介观功能连接 3.视觉信息的并行处理和整合机制 4.视皮层神经元的深度学习卷积神经网络模型
