个人简介

李世斌,复旦大学脑科学转化研究院青年研究员,复旦大学附属中山医院双聘专家,博士生导师,入选国家级、上海市青年高层次人才计划。博士毕业于德国海德堡大学/马普医学研究所,之后加入斯坦福大学医学院Luis de Lecea教授实验室,先后任博士后、研究科学家、讲师。2022年9月加入复旦大学脑科学转化研究院,主要研究方向为衰老、压力相关睡眠障碍的发生机制和治疗策略,及神经免疫调节。研究成果以第一或通讯作者发表在Science、Science Advances、Sleep、Cerebral Cortex、Neuroscience等学术期刊,以第一作者或通讯作者在Clinical and Translational Medicine、Neuropharmacology、Current Psychiatry Reports、Current Topics in Behavioral Neurosciences、Frontiers in Neuroscience发表综述/社论,以共同作者在Nature Neuroscience、Nature Communications、Cell Reports、Communications Biology等学术期刊发表文章。荣获美国睡眠研究学会颁发的杰出青年研究员奖(Sleep Research Society Outstanding Early Investigator Award) , 获美国睡眠研究学会基金会职业发展奖(Sleep Research Society Foundation Career Development Award), 大脑与行为研究基金会NARSAD青年研究员奖(Brain and Behavior Research Foundation/BBRF NARSAD Young Investigator);任Frontiers in Neuroscience客座编辑,为Nature Neuroscience、Nature Metabolism、Cell Reports、Sleep、Neuropharmacology、Behavioral Brain Research等学术期刊特邀审稿专家。

研究领域

课题组主要使用小鼠模型结合脑电图/肌电图记录、电生理、免疫组化、在体钙成像、光遗传学、化学遗传学、CRISPR/Cas基因编辑、snRNA-Seq等实验技术研究睡眠调控和睡眠障碍的产生机制和干预策略,及神经免疫调节。
