个人简介

李博,复旦大学脑科学转化研究院研究员,博士生导师,国家优青,上海市求索杰出青年、青年东方学者、海外高层次引进人才。李博2009年在山东大学获得应用物理学士学位,2011年和2015年在北京交通大学获得通信硕士和博士学位,2012-2014在加拿大INRS-EMT从事超快光电信号处理研究,2015-2020年在美国康奈尔大学从事激光和多光子显微镜领域的博士后研究,2020年10月加入复旦大学脑转化研究院。 李博的主要科研方向是三光子、双光子和光片显微镜的技术研发,以及它们在大脑神经环路结构和功能上的应用研究。曾获得美国光学学会和相干公司颁发的项2020 Bernard J. Couillaud Prize,在Nature Methods等国际权威期刊发表论文28篇,在国际学术会议作受邀或主题报告10余次和网上公开课2次。目前是学术期刊Frontiers in Neuroscience、Photonics的客座编辑。

研究领域

新技术和新工具的研发是脑科学研究的重要方向,例如美国脑计划“BRAIN”的全称为“推进创新神经科学技术脑研究计划”(The Brain Research Through Advancing Innovative Neurotechnologies)。本课题组聚焦研发活体动物大脑神经元功能记录与刺激(三光子、双光子和相干拉曼显微成像,双光子光遗传学刺激)和透明化全脑结构成像(光片显微成像)。课题组拥有物理、工程和神经生物学方向的专家,开展多学科协同作战的技术和应用课题。
