个人简介

段树民,博士生导师,中国科学院院士,发展中国家科学院院士,脑科学转化研究院院长。第11、12、13届全国政协委员,中国神经科学学会理事长(2011—2019)、监事长(2019—至今),国家脑计划专家组成员,基金委生命科学部咨询委员会委员。 1991年获日本九州大学医学博士;2000—2009年在中国科学院神经科学研究所先后任研究员、神经科学国家重点实验室主任、副所长。2010年加盟浙江大学,担任医学部主任。2019年担任复旦大学脑科学转化研究院院长。主持科技部973项目、国家基金委重大项目、重点项目等多个项目,国家基金委创新团队负责人(连续资助3次)。担任为期8年的国家基金委重大研究计划“情感和记忆的神经环路基础项目”专家组组长,对我国脑科学环路水平的研究起到了重要推动作用,在全国脑科学研究领域产生重要影响。先后担任J Neurophysiol, Neurobiol Desease, Hippocampus, Glia、Cell Calcium等国际杂志编委;Neuroscience Bulletin主编;Neuron顾问委员会委员。 长期从事神经生物学研究,在神经元-胶质细胞相互作用、突触发育和功能等研究领域作出系统的创新工作,尤其是近年来在脑功能精准调控的神经环路机制方面取得重要研究成果。相关研究成果分别发表在Science、Cell、Neuron、Nature Neuroscience、Nature Cell Biology等国际著名杂志,在该领域产生了重要的国际影响。研究成果入选为2003年中国医药科技十大新闻、2006年中国基础研究十大新闻。指导的学生多次获全国百篇优秀博士论文。研究成果两次获得国家自然科学二等奖(2010年第一获奖人,2017年第二获奖人)。2008年获何梁何利科学与进步奖。连续多年入选爱思唯尔“中国高被引学者”。

研究领域

长期从事神经生物学研究,在神经元-胶质细胞相互作用、突触发育和功能、脑功能精准调控的神经环路解析等方面作出了系统的创新工作。 研究方向包括: 1、胶质细胞释放ATP对突触可塑性的调节机制 2、神经元突触囊泡转运释放机制 3、小胶质细胞囊泡转运释放机制 4、神经元早期网络形成 5、情绪和情绪相关疾病的神经环路基础 研究手段主要包括: 1、在培养神经元和离体脑片进行单个和双膜片钳记录 2、共聚焦显微镜和电镜的形态学研究 3、活细胞实时成像,结合转染连接有GFP的蛋白研究一些重要蛋白分子的动态分布、细胞器运动及囊泡分泌 4、利用胶质细胞特异分子作驱动子及Cre-LoxP系统产生的转基因动物和条件性基因敲除小鼠,特异干扰胶质细胞的一些重要分子,研究胶质细胞在各种神经功能中的重要作用 5.利用光遗传学、动物行为学和病毒逆向追踪等技术研究特定类型神经元在情绪或疾病相关的神经环路中的作用
