个人简介
迟喻丹,国家优秀青年人才,脑科学转化研究院/附属华山医院研究院、博士生导师。主要从事中枢神经系统肿瘤与炎症相关研究,关注病理微环境的变化规律、中枢神经系统药物递送与靶向治疗。2016年中国科学院上海巴斯德研究所获得微生物学博士学位;2017-2020年美国纪念斯隆凯瑟琳癌症中心从事恶性中枢神经系统转移瘤的研究。迄今已在Science,Exploration,Mol Ther-Nucl Acids等国际高水平学术期刊发表论著,引用次数300余次,1项国内已授权专利,2项国际专利。其主要参与的软脑膜转移瘤铁螯合剂DFO治疗已进入临床试验。

研究领域
主要从事中枢神经系统肿瘤与炎症的转化研究,注重阐述疾病发展规律和开发靶向微环境治疗的新策略。利用全基因组测序、单细胞转录组测序、空间组学以及代谢组学分析,深入研究肿瘤微环境对中枢神经系统的影响;结合中枢神经系统肿瘤小鼠模型探究新靶点的生物学功能、有效性和安全性;建立基于仿生纳米材料的中枢神经系统药物递送系统,对肿瘤细胞与微环境进行干预治疗。
