个人简介

马克· 罗宾斯（Mark D. Robbins）是康涅狄格大学（University of Connecticut）公共政策学科的荣休教授。他在公共预算和财政领域进行研究和教学，研究重点是公众对税收和支出的偏好，以及公共债务。他目前是公共金融出版公司（Public Financial Publications, Inc.）的董事会成员，该公司是学术期刊《公共预算与财政》（Public Budgeting and Finance）的出版商。他还担任过政府财政官员协会债务委员会的技术顾问，全美公共事务和行政学院协会的同行评审和认证委员会成员，以及政府会计准则委员会咨询委员会成员，负责预算和财务管理。罗宾斯教授在俄勒冈大学（University of Oregon）获得硕士学位，并在雪城大学麦克斯韦学院（Maxwell School, Syracuse University）获得博士学位。教育经历雪城大学麦克斯韦公民与公共事务学院，公共管理博士，1998 俄勒冈大学，公共事务硕士，1994 格登学院，心理学学士，1984 所获荣誉 2004.
