个人简介

粤港澳大湾区精准医学研究院（广州）青年研究员、复旦大学生命科学学院双聘研究员。毕业于华中科技大学同济医学院-临床医学（六年制德语班）；德国马普所心肺所-药学 / 法兰克福大学医学院-理论医学博士（最优等学位）；曾任德国科隆大学衰老相关疾病细胞应激反应研发中心（CECAD）博士后、德国IUF莱布尼茨环境医学研究所-复旦大学联合博士后、复旦大学人类表型组研究院助理研究员。

研究领域

人体皮肤微生物组利用多组学（宏基因组、皮肤表型组、代谢组）研究皮肤微生物组与皮肤健康的关系，目标是开发基于微生物的标志物和新疗法（益生元、益生菌和活体生物治疗产品），重塑宿主皮肤稳态上皮组织的稳态维持与IUF莱布尼茨环境医学研究所（德国）的Krutmann院士合作，研究环境暴露组与皮肤老化的关系；解析“环境传感器”芳基烃受体（AHR）在维持皮肤屏障中的作用硬皮病等难治性纤维化疾病的细胞治疗药物开发与复旦大学生科院王久存教授紧密合作，研究脂肪来源的修复细胞（Adipose Derived Regenerative cells, ADRCs）在难治性纤维化疾病中的作用；参与临床前机制研究及IIT等临床研究
