研究领域

RNA病毒复制机制：以单正链RNA病毒如ZIKV, SARS-CoV-2等为对象，结合反向遗传学及生物化学研究病毒各种蛋白复合物的组装机制，以期找到新的抗病毒策略新型疫苗设计：利用反向遗传学，构建新型疫苗载体及新型疫苗新发病原鉴定及新型病毒培养模型：分离、鉴定新发及难培养病毒，建立其细胞培养模型
