研究领域

一直围绕着“针对不同病原体的B细胞抗体应答及其机制”开展科学研究 不同的病原体的侵染会诱导B细胞中的抗体基因产生高度“抗体多样化”。致力于探索B淋巴细胞中“抗体多样化”的分子调控机制,尤其关注到G1早期这个时间窗口。探索AID蛋白在G1早期这一短暂时间窗口中诱导抗体基因突变,从而导致类别转换重组(class switch recombination)和体细胞高频突变(somatic hypermutation)的分子机制。 研究针对不同病原体或疫苗的人体抗体免疫应答反应,理解人体针对不同病原体的B细胞抗体应答机制,并探索并探索利用单克隆抗体预防及治疗传染性疾病的临床新策略。主要通过单个B细胞的分选和全天然人源抗体克隆技术的实验平台,来研究人体针对慢性感染病毒,如乙肝病毒(hepatitis B virus,HBV),和急性感染病毒,如新冠病毒(SARS-CoV-2)等病原体的B细胞抗体应答反应;致力于筛选克隆具有较高中和效力且没有副作用的广谱中和抗体(broadly neutralizing antibody)。
