个人简介

复旦大学芯片与系统前沿技术研究院博士后。2016年于哈尔滨工业大学获得光学专业理学硕士学位,2020年于复旦大学获得微电子学与固体电子学专业理学博士学位,2021年至今于复旦大学芯片与系统前沿技术研究院任博士后。主要研究方向包括新型非易失存储技术、神经形态器件、低维半导体光电子器件。
