个人简介

2022年2月至今,复旦大学芯片与系统前沿技术研究院博士后 2017年9月-2021年12月,英国曼彻斯特大学,计算机科学,博士 2013年9月-2017年6月,北京科技大学,材料物理,工学学士 基于非易失性存储、阈值转变等机制的新型类神经元器件,旨在研制具有高均一性、强耐受性、低能耗的高性能神经拟态计算芯片。 在学期间在磁斯格明子和忆阻器阻变模型等领域取得多项成果。截至目前已在Small, Nat. Commun., Phys. Rev. B, Phys. Rev. Res., Sci. Rep.等领域内知名期刊合作发表论文12篇,其中第一作者/通讯作者4篇。 博士期间曾获曼彻斯特大学School of Computer Science Kilburn Overseas Fees Bursary资助、国家留学基金委(CSC)奖学金。
