个人简介
复旦大学芯片与系统前沿技术研究院,青年副研究员。2019年至2021年在复旦大学微电子学院从事博士后研究工作,合作导师为张卫教授;2015年至2019年于中山大学电子与信息工程学院攻读博士研究生学位,师从许宁生院士和邓少芝教授;2012年至2015年于华南师范大学华南先进光电子研究院攻读硕士学位。
研究方向主要包括新型二维电子器件研制及系统集成,低温电子器件多物理场性能表征,显示电子器件新型像素驱动电路设计、片上GOA集成等。现主持国家自然科学基金青年基金一项(2020.12--2023-12);作为骨干成员,获批国家重点研发项目一项(2022.12--2025.12);曾获2019年度上海“超级博士后”计划资助。在Nat. Mater.,Adv. Funct. Mater., Nano. Lett., Sensor Actuat. B-Chem.,Adv. Electron. Mater.等期刊发表SCI论文19篇,获授权中国发明专利2项。
