个人简介

青年研究员,博士生导师。2010年至2020年取得南京大学本科和博士学位,2020加入复旦大学芯片与系统前沿技术研究院从事博士后研究,2023年留任复旦大学芯片院青年研究员。 研究方向包括新型光电感知器件与技术、铁电极化场增强的红外探测器件与机理、感存算一体器件与系统。以第一/通讯作者在Nat. Mater.、Nat. Electron.、Adv. Mater.、Adv. Funct. Mater.等期刊发表论文10余篇,主持包括国家级和上海市人才及科研类项目8项。
