个人简介

王明,青年研究员,博士生导师。入选国家和上海海外高层次人才计划(青年)、上海脑中心求索杰出青年计划-研究组长、复旦大学新工科人才。2009年本科毕业于吉林大学;2015年于中科院微电子所取得博士学位,师从刘明院士;2013-2014年期间在美国密歇根大学安娜堡联合培养,师从Wei D. Lu教授。毕业后入职华为技术有限公司,后加入新加坡南洋理工大学从事博士后研究,合作导师为Xiaodong Chen教授(ACS Nano主编)。 研究方向为新型存储与计算和柔性智能感知技术,包括非易失性存储器、忆阻神经形态器件与计算、柔性智能电子器件与系统等。主持了国家重点研发计划和国家自然科学青年基金等项目。迄今在高影响力国际学术期刊以第一/通讯作者发表论文22篇,包括2篇Nat. Electron.、2篇Nat. Commun.、4篇Adv. Mater.、2篇Adv. Funct. Mater.和5篇IEEE EDL等。授权中国/美国/日本专利13项、申请中国/美国/欧洲/新加坡授权专利12项。荣获江苏省自然科学百篇优秀学术成果论文、中国真空学会博士优秀论文、中国科学院优秀博士学位论文等奖项。
