个人简介
王炜,博士生导师,复旦大学生命科学学院青年研究员。2008年毕业于山东大学医学院,获得临床医学学士学位,2014年在美国密苏里大学(University of Missouri, Columbia)获得生物化学博士学位,2015至2017年在北京大学化学院化学生物学系进行博士后研究。2018-2022年任职于上海交通大学医学院分子医学研究院,2023年2月入职复旦大学生科院微生物学与免疫学系。研究聚焦于通过发展化学的探针工具与研究策略,探究与人类健康密切相关的各类复杂细菌体系的微生物活动与功能。近年来针对肠道菌群发展了一系列定性、定量研究的化学生物学新方法,发表包括Nature Communications、Science Advances、Accounts of Chemical Research、Angew. Chem. Int. Ed.在内的多篇研究论文,并于2021年获得国家自然科学基金优秀青年基金资助。
研究领域
在我们肠道中时刻都进行着大量有微生物参与的化学反应和生物作用过程,这些复杂的反应和过程对人类健康存在着深刻影响。例如大量的各类被吸收入血的微生物代谢产物、与免疫系统存在复杂相互作用的抗原表位、广泛影响神经系统功能的多类化合物等等。阐明这些反应和过程将会有助于更好地理解我们与这些“亲密邻居”之间的合作和对抗关系。我们通过发展适用于活体菌群研究的分子探针工具和化学研究策略,希望能够在原位探究细菌参与的这些化学反应和生物过程。通过将这些工具与新的成像方法、生物信息学方法,以及多组学分析相结合,开拓“化学微生物组学”这一新的菌群研究思路,进一步加深我们对肠道中这些微生物“暗物质”的认识。
