个人简介

焦娜，青年研究员，博士生导师。2014年毕业于吉林大学获得工学学士学位，2019年在同济大学获得生物学博士（生物信息学方向），2019-2021年在中山大学附属第六医院进行博士后研究。2021-2023年在浙江大学医学院附属儿童医院国家儿童健康与疾病临床医学研究中心任特聘研究员，2024年1月入职复旦大学生科院微生物学与免疫学系，任青年研究员。研究聚焦于微生物与宿主互作、微生物资源挖掘和微生物组学分析方法及平台开发。近年来围绕微生物与慢病防治、微生物-宿主互作在Nature Microbiology、Nature Communications、Cell Reports Medicine、Gut和Gut Microbes等期刊上发表了多篇研究论文。入选博士后创新人才支持计划和获得国家自然科学基金青年科学基金项目资助。
