个人简介

男，1983年11月出生，计算基因组学博士，复旦大学生命科学学院计算生物学系副教授，硕士研究生导师。2001-2005年就读山东大学本科，2006-2013年在英国伯明翰大学生命科学学院攻读研究生，2008年获硕士学位，2013年获计算基因组学博士学位。2013年5月到复旦大学生命科学学院任教，先后任师资博士后、青年副研究员、副教授。自2014年起负责承担了国家自然科学基金青年项目、面上项目、卫健委、教育部专项等课题共10项，并以课题骨干参与一项国家科技部‘973’项目，两项国家十三五重大研发计划项目，一项国家十四五重大研发计划项目；已在Developmental Cell、PNAS、Leukemia、Nature Communications、Nucleic Acids Research等国际学术专业期刊发表SCI论文20余篇。

研究领域

基于二代和三代高通量测序组学大数据的信号处理，数据分析和信息挖掘的方法学和应用研究，通过整合基因组、转录组，表观基因组以及单细胞组学等多维度的组学大数据和临床表型组数据信息，围绕复杂性状表型和人类疾病表型解析其发生、发展中的遗传机制，并开发新的方法学和分析流程。目前，已成功开发出具有独立自主知识产权的简化基因组测序及分析平台、复杂疾病易感基因筛查分析平台、孟德尔遗传疾病PANEL检测分析筛查平台、肿瘤新生抗原分析预测算法平台，上述分析检测技术平台已经在复旦大学附属华山医院、上海市公共卫生临床中心等医院广泛应用于临床和科研
