个人简介

2002-2006在南京师范大学获得理学学士,2006-2013在中国科学院上海植物生理生态研究所获得博士学位,之后于2014-2021年在英国剑桥大学Sainsbury实验室从事博士后研究。2022年2月加入复旦大学生命科学学院,任青年研究员。其研究领域聚焦于作物免疫的分子和生化机理:1)在水稻中鉴定到一条全新的、以钙离子感受器ROD1为核心并受气候选择的免疫信号通路,提出了蛋白结构模拟所介导的植物-病原菌共进化模型;2)发现了调控水稻抗病反应的新型脂类代谢分子;3)揭示了禾谷类作物感知和响应温度变化的分子机理,为植物抗病性的环境调控研究奠定了基础。相关成果发表于Genome Biology (2023)、Cell (2021)、PLoS Pathogens(2017)等期刊,获得国内外同行关注。2022年入选国家海外高层次人才青年项目、上海市领军人才(海外)青年项目和上海市浦江人才计划项目。获得上海市植物病理学会颁发的2022年“青年科学家奖”。

研究领域

植物免疫与环境应答 通过遗传学、分子生物学、生物化学和细胞生物学等手段揭示植物抵抗病原菌的信号通路,解析环境因子调控作物免疫的分子机制,结合基因编辑和分子育种手段提高作物抗病能力,培育抗性、产量和环境适应性相平衡的作物新品种,促进我国绿色农业和绿色生态的发展。
