个人简介

本科毕业于南开大学,硕士毕业于南京大学,博士毕业于新加坡国立大学。上海浦江人才、曙光学者,教育部新世纪优秀人才。先后任职上海生物信息技术研究中心与同济大学生命科学与技术学院,创建同济生物信息系。任中华中医药学会中医药信息分会副主委,世中联中药系统科学与工程专委会副会长,上海中西医结合学会系统医学专业委员会副主任、上海生物信息学会理事等,2020-至今兼任 journal of cellular Biochemistry 副主编。担任科技部2021-2025 科技部“BT-IT融合”重点专项指南编制专家、实施方案论证专家,2021-2035国家中长期科技发展规划生物信息子领域执笔人。

研究领域

生物信息学/计算生物学/创新药物智能设计/计算机辅助疫苗设计 研究聚焦于抗体设计与多组分协同用药的计算模型,建立了抗原表位预测-免疫交叉反应计算-抗体虚拟筛选平台,并在国际上率先建立了“复方-中药-成分-代谢-靶点”数据资源共享平台,研发了分子靶点发现与多成分协同药效预测模型,实现了中药作用机制自动解析。主持国家重点研发计划、精准医学、973、863、传染病重大专项和自然科学基金以及上海市项目十余项;发表Nature,Nature Communications, Nucleic acids research, Molecular Biology & Evolution 等SCI文章120多篇。
