研究领域

利用单细胞多组学探索发育与疾病的多维度调控机制,聚焦人类生命周期三大关键过程——早期胚胎发育和生殖细胞发育、机体免疫应答、组织和器官病变,从多分子表型层面探究细胞、组织、器官和个体的异质性,揭示个体异质性表型形成的调控机制。 具体来说,实验室方向与医学临床问题紧密结合,通过“干湿结合”的方式,借助高通量测序技术、单细胞多组学测序技术、基因组学分析技术、动物模型及其他功能实验对以下的方向进行深入探索: 1. 在疾病环境下,机体形成炎症记忆的机制及炎症记忆的长期影响 2. 人类疾病的早期发育起源 3. 疾病诱导的机体免疫应答过程、疾病发生发展进程中的分子和细胞表型
