研究领域

心血管与代谢药理学、药物表型组学。具体研究内容包括: 1. 聚焦心血管与代谢性疾病表型,探索疾病发生的新靶点和新机制:探索临床重要心血管与代谢性疾病如主动脉瘤/夹层、高血压、心肌肥大/心衰、肥胖等疾病发生的新靶点和新机制 2. 聚焦“心血管-脂肪轴”,探索细胞/器官/疾病互作的分子机理和关键靶点:探索心/血管和脂肪细胞/器官之间的交流互作模式,阐明心血管疾病与代谢性疾病表型交联对话的分子机理和关键靶点 3. 药物研发:针对有前景的靶点展开药物筛选/评价,积极推动成果转化
