研究领域

运用冷冻电子断层技术和冷冻电镜单颗粒技术,研究以核孔复合物为代表的细胞原位跨尺度生物大分子的结构与功能。主要研究成果包括,首次发现核孔复合物腔环精细结构;将核孔复合物胞质环结构从20埃首次提高至近原子分辨率,实现了分辨率的重大突破。
