研究领域

以染色质共价修饰为主要研究对象的表观遗传学研究 ,因其作用广泛、影响深远,已经引起了越来越多的重视并成为目前生命科学研究中发展迅速而崭新的研究领域。本课题组采用生物化学、细胞生物学和遗传学(包括基因组学)相互依托的实验手段致力于探索DNA甲基化谱式在胚胎发育早期建立的分子生物学机制以及DNA表观修饰对胚胎干细胞与成体干细胞自我更新和分化的调控方式,并探究这一平衡的改变如何导致肿瘤和疾病发生,从而增加人们对生长发育与疾病发生发展的分子机理的理解。 近年来,课题组主要从事的研究内容包括 1)在哺乳动物细胞中寻找新的碱基修饰形式及生物学功能 2)探索对造血稳态维持和血液恶性肿瘤疾病发生发展至关重要的表观遗传调控机制 3)探索心脏祖细胞命运决定原理,寻找开发应对心脏等器官发育缺陷与病变的新策略 相关研究拟为造血系统的体外扩增建立新的技术体系,为血液疾病的临床诊断治疗提供新的思路,同时为维护人类健康尤其是再生医学的技术开发提供理论依据。
