个人简介

汪凌波博士,复旦大学代谢与整合生物学研究院课题组长、博士生导师。2017年7月于中国科学院生物化学与细胞生物学研究所(中科院分子细胞科学卓越创新中心)获得博士学位;2017年7月至2020年3月于复旦大学从事博士后研究;2020年6月加入复旦大学附属妇产科医院/妇产科研究所,PI、博导;2022年7月加入复旦大学代谢与整合生物学研究院,PI、博导。近五年,主持多个国家级和省部级科研项目。 荣誉及获奖情况 2023年 国家优青 2019年 上海市青年科技启明星

研究领域

“疾病动物建模及干预”课题组致力于重大人类遗传病的动物模拟与干预研究。运用基因编辑、胚胎显微操作、胚胎干细胞等相关技术方法,以基因编辑小鼠模型和疾病临床家系相结合,探索基因突变导致疾病的遗传机制及其干预方法。课题组主要研究兴趣包括:(1)开发基因修饰小鼠建模新技术;(2)建立人源化基因编辑小鼠模型(包括不孕不育疾病模型),阐明发病机制;(3)利用小鼠模型,开展疾病的干预方法研究。 常用技术:小鼠胚胎显微操作技术、胚胎干细胞技术、CRISPR/Cas9、Base Editing等。
