个人简介

2010年获得中科院上海技术物理研究所理学博士学位,随后留所,工作于红外物理国家重点实验室。2021年进入复旦大学引进到复旦大学工作。曾获得上海市科技系统五四青年奖章(2018)、上海市五四青年奖章(2019)、中科院青年创新促进会优秀会员(2019)等国家及省部级奖项。 先后主持国家自然科学基金杰青、重点、优青、面上、中科院重点、中科院先导及国家重点研发计划等项目10余项,第一/通讯作者发表SCI论文70余篇,包括Nat. Electron., Nat. Commun., Adv. Mater.,及Appl. Phys. Lett.等刊物,已获得授权中国发明专利10项。目前担任J. of Semiconductor编委,Chinese Physics B特约编委;担任Nat. Electron., Nat. Commun.,Adv. Mater.等20多种国际期刊论文评审人。 研究生培养方面,侧重培养学生发现-分析-解决问题的能力,鼓励研究生在充分调研的基础上进行原创性探索,要求理论与实践相结合,勤动手多总结,并以定期组会形式交流研讨。同时结合研究生特点引导培养其独立开展科研活动能力,积极支持研究生参加能力拓展的相关培训,鼓励学生参与国际访学交流活动。

研究领域

新型光电探测材料、器件及相关应用开发。 1、新型铁电材料物理及其光/电子器件,包括:室温红外探测器,铁电量子隧穿结、铁电神经突触等 2、低维窄禁带半导体材料、物理及其光电器件,包括:低维窄禁带半导体材料及其场效应管、同/异质结光电功能器件等 3、高灵敏室温红外探测器件研制及其应用开发
