宽禁带半导体光学，包括激子-声子-光子等多体量子关联的荧光表现固体中局域化电子态的系综荧光及相关现象，包括局域化态的分布函数及其作用少数及单个半导体量子点及发光色心的发光量子特性光泵及电泵金刚石单光子光源的制备及量子光学特性战汉青铜合金透光镜的基本原理
