个人简介
2005年在南京大学物理系获得博士学位,2006年至2009年,在南京大学物理系光电信息功能材料实验室博士后研究,2009年受聘复旦大学信息学院副教授。
研究领域
宽禁带半导体材料生长和器件制备、InGaN双异质结太阳能电池、新型micro-LED显示和通信及其他光学材料、LED应用等
