研究领域

褚君浩长期从事红外光电子材料和器件的研究,在窄禁带半导体物理和铁电薄膜材料器件物理等方面做了系统的有国际影响的研究结果。近年来主要从事新材料新结构高性能新型光电子材料和器件研究。发表学术论文600余篇,中英文专著三部,编著10部,专利70余项。
