个人简介

教授,博士生导师,美籍华人,毕业于北京协和医科大学, MD&PhD。主要从事心血管和神经系统的发育,功能及病变。其中以第一作者、共同作者在Nature,Nature Neuroscience, Circulation,Circulation Research和JCI等杂志发表论文。2011年回国工作后,作为通讯、第一和共同作者发表论文17余篇,包括领域顶级杂志Circulation Research,JCI,BMC等。获国家自然科学基金面上项目,国家创新研究群体科学奖,973项目,上海市创新项目和上海市浦江人才计划的资助。 教育、工作经历 中国协和医学科学院,1991.09-1995.07 医学硕、博士。提前毕业 芬兰赫尔辛基大学生物技术研究所,1996.07-2001. 05博士后研究员和研究科学家 哈佛大学哈佛医学研究所, 2001.05-2002.10 博士后研究员 加州大学圣地亚哥分校医学系 2002.10-2004.07 博士后研究员研究员 2004.07-2010.07 研究助理教授(科学家) 2010.07-2011.01 研究副教授,通过美国医生资格考试 2011.01 至今 同济大学医学院病理生理学系,心律失常教育部重点实验室、 同济大学附属东方医院医学转化平台,教授,博硕士生导师,PI

研究领域

主要研究方向为心血管及传导系统发育及功能、心脏干细胞和外周神经系统发育及功能的研究。 1.心脏、起搏传导系统以及血管的发育与功能的调控机制。 2.心脏再生的转化医学研究 1)心脏细胞的谱系起源以及在心脏不同结构形成中的作用及调控机制 2)心脏起搏器的形成和调控机制 3)外周神经系统的形成调控机制 专注基因功能和分子调控机制及其在先天性心脏病,心律失常,心脏再生的转化医学研究。 3.血管形成调控机制与血管疾病 阐明整合素信号通路介导的细胞和信号相互作用: 1)血管内皮细胞中的作用机制 2)在血管平滑肌中的作用机制 3)如何介导各血管细胞的相互作用
