个人简介

本科,博士毕业于复旦大学医学院,在美国NIMH,NIH接受博士后训练。研究受到国家自然科学基金(面上三项),上海市自然科学基金等经费支持。近年来发表论文二十余篇,以通讯作者在British Journal of Pharmacology, Front Cell Neurosci, Cerebral Cortex, J Pain等国际杂志上发表前沿性学术论文。指导及协助指导博士硕士研究生多名。并担任IBRO Neuroscience Report, Frontiers in Endocrinology, Frontiers in Neuroscience,Frontiers in Behavioral Neuroscience等国际学术期刊编辑及审稿。

研究领域

认知记忆的神经环路、神经可塑性机制及认知障碍性疾病:神经可塑性是脑内学习记忆在神经元之间突触层面的重要机制,而神经网络的同步性活动参与不同神经元集群的信息编码和整合,是更为宏观层面的脑认知功能的神经基础。神经可塑性的损害和网络同步性异常将导致认知记忆功能的障碍及疾病。我们的研究主要集中在神经可塑性(LTP,LTD等)调控的细胞机制、网络同步性活动(gamma, theta oscillation等)中不同种类神经元放电的pattern 和timing等在认知和认知障碍中的作用,包括运用转基因动物模型进行行为学研究,以及运用电生理,形态学,生化等方法进行机制探讨
