毕业于山东医科大学获得医学学士及硕士学位,在新加坡国立大学获得医学博士学位,在新加坡细胞与分子生物学研究所任Research Fellow,现任组织胚胎学系主任。
研究领域
主要从事神经发育及相关疾病机制研究,构建了多种转基因小鼠及神经系统疾病相关模型,重点关注神经干细胞命运调控机制,神经系统发育及疾病中胶质细胞作用机制,以及发育相关精神疾病机制研究,靶向干细胞或胶质细胞,筛选关键蛋白及小分子药物,并结合NSC、MSC等干细胞及其衍生外泌体,开展神经系统疾病相关的治疗研究
