个人简介

刘庆文,教授、博士生导师,国家级海外优青。美国明尼苏达大学硕士/博士,中国科学技术大学学士。在无线网络跨层设计和优化领域发表多篇论文,他引3000余次;一篇第一作者论文他引1000余次,是该领域数万文献中他引最多的IEEE Transactions汇刊长文之一。一篇无线资源调度算法论文曾被列为IEEE Xplore Top 100 Documents Access。获多项世界/美国专利,该核心专利及所属公司被Cisco思科公司成功收购。 近五年获批纵向项目7项,包括主持和参与国家自然科学基金面上项目3项,参与国家重点研发子项目1项,主持教育部科技发展中心高校产学研创新基金1项,主持“2022年度学科交叉联合攻关项目”1项。入选2021年爱思唯尔(Elsevier)中国高被引学者;获得2022年“华为技术领域挑战难题火花奖”。近五年发表通讯/第一作者论文37篇,包括,中科院一区TOP期刊27篇、中科院二区TOP期刊2篇、会议论文8篇(CCF-A类论文2篇)。近五年申请中国发明专利24项,获得授权14项,实审公开10项。 担任IEEE Transactions on Wireless Communications编辑,担任2018 IEEE ICNC, 5G & Beyond Symposium共同主席,以及2018 IEEE WCSP, 5G & Beyond Symposium共同主席,参与会议组织工作;在2018、2020 IEEE Globecom及2023 IEEE WCNC会议中担任TPC委员。多次受邀出席国内外旗舰学术会议并做特邀报告,包括:受邀在2017中国计算机大会(CNCC)、2017 ICCC、2019 IEEE WCNC和2022OWPT会议做特邀报告。
