个人简介

夏烨,男,同济大学副教授,博士,美国注册土木工程师,2004和2007年获同济大学桥梁系学士和硕士学位,2011年获美国加州大学欧文分校结构工程博士学位,2011年9月-2013年12月在美国新泽西州立大学从事博士后研究工作,2014年至今在同济大学桥梁系工作。现为国际桥梁及结构工程协会(IABSE)中国团组秘书长,IABSE青年委员会委员,结构抗振控制与健康监测青年工作委员会委员;至今参与发表SCI论文二十余篇,国际会议论文二十余篇,编写专著2部,参编规范2,获批专利5项;主持国家重点研发计划(子课题)、国家自然科学基金项目、上海市自然科学基金项目、交通部项目子课题等纵向课题8项,参与863计划课题和科技支撑计划项目各1项,参与重大工程健康监测项目多项。 研究兴趣是桥梁健康监测系统智能化、大数据分析、结构安全评估理论与实践。目前成果集中在桥梁健康监测系统智能化、结构安全评估理论与实践。第一,针对中小跨径桥梁,逐步建立了基于中性轴的监测与评估理论体系和技术方法,进一步延伸至网级评估与预测理论,为区域桥梁的评估决策提供关键决策依据;第二,提出了交通视频辅助的桥梁多车荷载识别方法,突破多车遮挡与响应耦合的难题,以高精度、多粒度、低成本的方式实现了桥梁路网的主要外部荷载识别;第三,提出了基于视频传感的船舶高精度目标检测方法、航迹自检技术,解决了环境、遮挡、交汇、多源数据融合的问题,有效提高了复杂桥区环境下对船撞事故监测预警稳定性和精度,逐步发展桥梁防撞主动监测预警技术体系。注重工程应用与产业化,桥梁监测、评估、预警技术的软硬件实现,致力于科技成果转化的最后一公里。研究成果在港珠澳大桥、上海东海大桥、松浦大桥、河北省交通网、山东交通网等地得到应用和认可。 主要学历 2000.09-2004.06 同济大学土木工程学院桥梁系,本科 2004.09-2007.06 同济大学土木工程学院桥梁系,硕士研究生 2007.06-2011.08 美国加州大学欧文分校土木工程系,博士研究生 任职经历(包括国内外) 2011.09-2013.12 美国新泽西州立大学土木工程系,博士后 2014.04-2017.12 同济大学高等研究院,助理研究员 2018.01-2020.12 同济大学高等研究院,副研究员 2021.01-至今同济大学土木工程学院桥梁工程系,副教授 荣誉奖励 2020/03,ASCE Outstanding Reviewer 2019, Awarded by American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE). 获评2019年度ASCE杰出审稿人,美国土木工程学会 2021/03,2020年中国公路学会科技进步特等奖,排名5。桥梁船撞设计理论与防护、预警技术 2021/03,2020年,湖南省科技进步一等奖,排名9。车辆荷载作用下公路桥梁安全监控关键技术 2021/03, 2020年,中国公路学会科技进步二等奖,排名8。公路桥梁车辆荷载和结构安全监控关键技术 2021/06, IABSE Early Career Prize,国际桥梁与结构工程协会(IABSE)青年学术成就奖 2021/06, 2021世界大学生桥梁设计大赛,优秀指导教师奖

研究领域

区域桥梁群智能监测与安全风险监控 我国中小跨径桥梁了具有很大的在役保有量,这给区域桥梁群的结构评估带来了困难。针对该问题,建立了河北省内6700余座中小跨径桥梁检测数据库,提出了基于中性轴的桥梁长期性能评估方法,进一步构建了桥梁网级评估与预测理论,为区域桥梁的评估决策提供关键决策依据。提出了基于人工智能的桥梁网级评估和桥梁群退化模型建模方法,系统地建立了区域桥梁群维修管养策略框架。 交通视频辅助的网级桥梁荷载监测 交通荷载是桥梁的主要外部荷载,掌握交通荷载量级与空间分布对于桥梁工程结构全寿命期安全运维有着积极作用。针对中小跨径桥梁的交通荷载识别问题,提出了结合交通视频辅助的桥梁多车荷载识别方法。通过深度学习方法进行车辆位置与行驶轨迹的检测,融合桥梁监测数据实现了桥上交通荷载的实时监测。提出的结合视频监测技术的桥梁荷载识别方法,在复杂交通场景下仍然具有较好的准确性,平均识别误差在5%以内。相关成果已在多座桥梁上进行了验证。 基于视频传感航区桥梁主动防船撞预警技术 船舶在桥下航行通行时,存在着碰撞桥墩或桥跨结构的危险,对桥梁、船舶的安全性构成威胁。针对该问题,本研究开发了基于视频传感的桥梁主动防船撞监测预警技术体系。使用深度学习方法,对船舶进行检测与预警。形成了航区船舶检测、航迹识别与预测、船撞风险评估和船撞风险主动预警的完整技术体系,提出的方法相比于传统方法快395%以上,且准确度更高。研究成果在松浦大桥、宁波鄞县大桥等多个省市的重要跨航道桥梁上进行了应用。
