个人简介

朱融融教授,长聘特聘教授、国家杰青、博士生导师,任教育部脊柱脊髓损伤再生修复重点实验室常务副主任、上海市衰老与退行性疾病学会衰老与认知障碍分会副主任委员、上海生物化学与分子生物学学会理事、中国研究型医院学会神经再生与修复专业委员会神经保护学组委员、国际华人骨研学会 (ICMRS)终身会员、中国医师协会基础青年学组委员、Biomedical Materials等杂志编委。已主持国家、省部级项目10余项。获得上海市晨光学者、国际神经修复学会Raisman青年论坛二等奖、中华医学会骨科学术会基础青年研究二等奖、上海市自然科学奖一等奖、中国康复医学会科学技术奖一等奖、华夏医学科技奖一等奖、上海医学科技奖成果推广奖、上海青年科技英才等荣誉及奖项。 朱融融教授主要研究方向为生物材料与神经再生修复,课题组近年来在Nat. Commun.,Adv. Mater., Adv Sci.,Acs Nano.,Research,Biomaterials等国内外权威期刊论文发表论文80余篇。共获得美国授权专利2项,授权中国发明专利9项,生物活性支架修复脊髓损伤及DeepScreen的创新成果先后2项通过PCT国际专利并进入美国国家阶段。

研究领域

针对“再生修复与纳米材料”领域研究,重点聚焦在纳米生物材料设计、优化、合成,用以调控干细胞命运和免疫微环境促进脊髓损伤修复和治疗神经退行性疾病等再生修复领域的相关研究,解析纳米材料对干细胞的命运调控的性能和机制,基于生物材料和干细胞技术构建靶向损伤器官、靶细胞及特定膜受体的多维复杂纳米材料体系,揭示其促进组织再生的关键作用靶点。具体包括: 1)神经损伤病理机制解析及神经免疫调控修复脊髓损伤 2)纳米材料维持胚胎干细胞干性以及诱导定向分化的研究 3)基于生物活性材料的脊髓类器官构建
