个人简介

2005年毕业于浙江大学竺可桢学院工科混合班,获工学学士学位。2011年毕业于中国科学院上海生物化学与细胞生物学研究所裴钢院士实验室,获理学博士学位。博士阶段主要以斑马鱼和小鼠胚胎干细胞为模型研究G蛋白偶联受体信号通路及其负调控蛋白Beta-arrestin在血液发育中的调控作用。期间荣获吴瑞奖学金、中国科学院院长特别奖、中国科学院优秀博士论文奖、中国科学院研究生院-必和必拓奖学金,以及明治乳业生命科学奖。 2011年至2016年在美国得克萨斯大学西南医学中心Sean Morrison教授(美国科学院院士、美国医学科学院院士、HHMI研究员、2016国际干细胞研究协会主席)实验室从事博士后研究,主要利用小鼠遗传学研究骨髓造血干细胞与骨髓间充质干细胞的调控机制与临床应用。期间荣获Damon Runyon Fellowship以及美国西南医学中心Dean's Discretionary Award。 2016年任同济大学生命科学与技术学院教授、上海市信号转导与疾病研究重点实验室研究员、同济大学附属东方医院再生医学研究所研究员。2017年入选国家海外高层次青年人才。2019年任分子与细胞生物学系主任、教育部“细胞干性与命运编辑”前沿科学中心副主任。2020年任生命科学与技术学院副院长(分管科研工作)。 现任Life Medicine杂志编委、中国生理学会血液生理学专委会委员、中国细胞生物学学会衰老细胞生物学分会委员、中国生物物理学会衰老生物学分会理事、中国老年学和老年医学学会抗衰老分会委员,中国整形美容协会干细胞治疗分会常务理事、华人骨研会(ICMRS)终身会员、吴瑞纪念基金会董事。多次受邀担任Cell Stem Cell、EMBO Journal、Advanced Science、Nature Communications、Cell Reports、Cell Discovery、Protein & Cell等国际知名学术期刊审稿人。
