个人简介
2018年7月毕业于上海交通大学医学院,获理学博士学位。2018年7月进入复旦大学附属肿瘤医院从事博士后研究。期间获得复旦大学“超级”博士后。2023年9月以特聘研究员受聘于同济大学生命科学与技术学院,并双聘于上海市第四人民医院。
主要从事发育与疾病过程的转录机器调控机制研究。主要研究成果包括国际上首次发现并鉴定转录早期终止双酶活(核酸内切酶,磷酸酶)调控复合物INTAC复合物(Science, 2020),研究成果获Nature Reviews Molecular Cell Biology专文介绍,被F1000,BioArt,Fudan News报道。进一步研究发现单链DNA结合复合物SOSS与转录早期调控复合物INTAC稳定结合通过调控细胞内R-loop (DNA:RNA hybrid)的水平维持细胞内基因组稳定性(Nature, 2023),研究成果获Cancer Discovery专文介绍,被BioArt, Fudan News报道。揭示转录机器调控因子SPT5可以维持转录机器的蛋白稳定性,调控转录循环,维持增强子活性(Molecular Cell, 2021),研究成果获Nature Structure & Molecular Biology专文介绍,被BioArt, Fudan News报道。
