个人简介
王译萱,国家“优秀青年科学基金项目”获得者;上海市“扬帆计划”项目获得者,上海市“晨光计划”项目获得者。2006年本科毕业于北京大学生命科学学院,2011年博士毕业于清华大学北京协和医学院、北京生命科学研究所,现任同济大学生命科学与技术学院教授,博士生导师;青年百人计划特聘研究员;附属东方医院特聘研究员。
王译萱教授致力于以人诱导多能干细胞(induced pluripotent stem cell, iPSC)技术和原态(naïve state)多能性诱导为基础的体细胞重编程研究,以及细胞全能性/多能性建立维持的表观遗传机制研究。在国际上首次建立基于iPSC技术及原态多能性诱导系统的β-地中海贫血症基因治疗模型;建立人的可诱导 2°原态重编程系统,描绘人体细胞重编程至原态过程中转录组及表观组的动态图谱;鉴定首个特异指征人原态多能性的功能性表面分子标志物;阐明全能性转录因子Dux对胚胎发育及全能性向多能性转变的重要作用。相关论文以第一作者/通讯作者发表于Cell Stem Cell,Cell Research,Nature Communications,PNAS等国际知名期刊。主持多项国家自然科学基金面上项目及上海市项目,获得国家发明专利授权一项。
