1991年9月-1995年7月,吉林大学生物化学与分子生物学系,获学士学位 1995年9月-2000年7月,中科院生物物理所,获生物化学与分子生物学博士学位 2000年9月-2003年3月,中科院上海生化所,博士后 2003年4月-2006年3月,法国国家科研中心结构酶学和结构生物化学实验室(Laboratoire d'Enzymologie et Biochimie Structurales, CNRS),博士后 2006年5月至今,同济大学,研究员、博士生导师、蛋白质研究所副所长 获奖 2005年获上海市科技进步一等奖 2006年入选上海市“曙光学者” 2007年获上海市“浦江人才”资助 2008年入选同济大学优秀青年教师 2009年入选教育部“新世纪优秀人才” 2011年获同济大学十大“我心目中的好导师”称号

研究领域

1. 微管作为一种重要的细胞骨架,参与细胞形状和极性维持、胞内物质运输和细胞分裂等重要的生理活动。微管的动态组装和稳定性维持受到很多因素的调节,微管状态紊乱与癌症、神经退行性疾病等密切相关。我们主要研究各种调控微管组装的蛋白质和小分子化合物的作用机理,以理解微管的调控过程及相关疾病的发生原因和药物治疗机理。 2. 动物多肽神经毒素是自然界中产毒动物经过亿万年的进化而形成的具有高活性和高选择性的神经毒素,可以作为神经生物学研究的有力工具和神经系统疾病的治疗药物。芋螺毒素因为其结构和功能的高度多样性而倍受关注,也是我们目前的主要研究对象。
