个人简介

2011年毕业于中国海洋大学,获学士学位;2017年毕业于中国科学院上海生物化学与细胞生物学研究所,获博士学位。2017至2022年在美国耶鲁大学医学院从事博士后研究。2022年12月起任同济大学特聘研究员,博士生导师。2023年2月起任同济大学附属东方医院特聘研究员。 研究工作荣获细胞出版社2014中国年度论文、2017中国十大医学进展、2018年上海市科学技术奖一等奖(排名第四)。博士后期间获得耶鲁大学医学院James Hudson Brown - Alexander B. Coxe Fellowship和2021美国血液学学会学者奖(ASH Scholar Award)资助。2022年入选上海市“海外高层次人才引进计划”。

研究领域

造血干细胞可以分化为造血系统各个谱系的成熟血细胞,其发育成熟过程受到严格的调控。特定的基因突变会引起造血干/祖细胞发育异常,进而导致白血病(leukemia)、骨髓异常增生综合征(MDS)等血液疾病。大规模病人样本测序揭示了表观遗传学调控和RNA转录后修饰在细胞命运调控中的重要作用,以及相应调控因子作为药物靶点的可能性。我们实验室的前期研究揭示了RNA修饰抑制双链RNA形成,维持正常免疫反应和造血发育过程的机制,从而将造血干细胞发育过程与天然免疫和能量代谢相联系。我们目前正在探索新型RNA修饰对于造血发育过程的调控作用,以及治疗血液疾病的新方案。 研究内容包括: 1.
