个人简介
施莉娟,女,交通运输规划与管理专业博士,交通运输自动化与控制专业硕士,硕士生导师。研究方向为综合交通信息化、轨道交通信号与控制、安全与可靠性理论与技术。美国威斯康辛大学麦迪逊分校土木学院访问学者。近期负责上海市2019年度“科技创新行动计划”《面向全生命周期的有轨电车运营调度管理系统的研发》、科技部十三五先进轨道交通专项“铁路网运营综合保障技术”的路网运营风险分析与动态调控理论研究,负责完成了交通运输部重点项目“区域交通信息资源一体化服务”子课题、上海市科委“城市交通信息服务技术框架及关键技术研究"等项目。曾全面参与并部分主持了上海市交通信息化系统规划、设计及标准的编制,浙江省交通信息化发展规划、标准体系等相关研究。
